Refund Policy

At Market-Biz LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
